Job Description - Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other digital communication channels to address inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Assist clients with navigating our products and services, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on best practices. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in the database. 5. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other client deliverables as needed. 7. Collaborate with team members to optimize client service processes and enhance overall client experience.


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Confident and resourceful personality traits. - Strong project management and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
