Job Description - Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


Tata Steel is seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are hardworking, confident, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various remote channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Update client profiles and maintain accurate records in the company database - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client services - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders - Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem resolution - Contribute to the overall success of the client service department by actively participating in meetings and training sessions


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
