Tech Mahindra in Chennai, Tamil Nadu is seeking a part-time Client Service Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, reliable, possess excellent time management skills, and have the ability to adapt to various situations.
Responsibilities: - Assist with client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information - Coordinate meetings and appointments for clients and team members - Provide administrative support to the client service team - Assist with data entry and report generation - Handle general office tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing documents - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client service or administrative role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
