Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and driven Client Service Assistant to join our team at Shaadi.com in Delhi, IN. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our customers. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Assist clients with account setup, profile management, and troubleshooting on our platform. 3. Provide guidance and support to clients on utilizing our services efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve customer experience. 5. Analyze client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in our services. 6. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in dealing with client concerns and conflicts. 7. Prioritize quality in all client interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients. 3. Confident and professional demeanor in handling client inquiries and issues. 4. Ability to analyze data and provide insights for service improvement. 5. Emotional intelligence to navigate challenging client interactions effectively. 6. Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve client service goals. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
