Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

One97 Communications is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Service Assistant in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is hardworking, energetic, and looking to gain experience in client services.

Responsibilities: - Assist with client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Provide support to the client service team in managing client accounts - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Assist in organizing and scheduling client meetings - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective client service delivery - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients - Perform other administrative tasks as needed
