Job Description:

Icertis is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for motivated and passionate individuals looking to start their career in client service.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed efficiently - Help maintain client records and update information as needed - Participate in client meetings and provide support as required - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients - Contribute to the overall success of the client service team by taking on additional tasks as needed
