Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Ola Electric is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an Associate-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Provide support to the Client Service Manager as needed - Assist with client onboarding and training sessions

Requirements: - Highly resilient and able to work independently - Strong attention to detail and presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in client service or a related field
