Job Description:
Zomato, a leading food delivery and restaurant discovery platform headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join their team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, this role requires 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are passionate and driven, possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention 3. Managing client accounts and resolving any issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner 4. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and deliver customized solutions 5. Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion 6. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service quality 8. Meeting performance targets and KPIs set by the management team
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
