Client Service Associate

Job Description:

HealthifyMe is seeking a dynamic and driven Client Service Associate to join our team in Delhi, India. As a part-time Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of HealthifyMe's services - Collaborate with other team members to address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize client engagement and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Previous experience in client service or related roles - Driven and passionate about providing excellent service to clients - Strong people management and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
