Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Freshworks is seeking a highly motivated Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time associate at an associate level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Energetic and positive attitude towards customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively in a team setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
