Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Zoho Corporation is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Providing support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. 4. Analyzing client feedback and making recommendations for improvements. 5. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Assisting with the development of client service strategies and initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 6. Prior experience in client service or a customer-facing role.
