Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Moglix, a leading B2B e-commerce platform in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a dynamic and hardworking Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in client servicing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Work closely with other teams within the company to ensure client satisfaction 4. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients 5. Use emotional intelligence to build rapport with clients and anticipate their needs 6. Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients 7. Maintain accurate client records and documentation 8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in client servicing or a similar role 2. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic 3. Excellent persuasion skills and emotional intelligence 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
