Client Service Associate

Job Description:

As a Client Service Associate at InMobi, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients and maintain strong relationships with them. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and requirements. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed in a timely manner. 3. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients to help them maximize the value of our services. 4. Analyze client feedback and work with the team to continuously improve our offerings. 5. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. 6. Prepare reports and presentations for clients to track performance metrics and discuss opportunities for growth. 7. Attend client meetings and conferences to build rapport and foster long-term relationships. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively address client needs.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in client services or a related role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Driven and resourceful attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 5. Excellent cooperation and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 6. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 8. Knowledge of digital advertising and mobile technology is a plus.
