Client Service Associate

As a Client Service Associate at Adani Group, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of our client base. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and visits. 2. Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client initiatives and projects. 4. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Assist in the development and execution of client service strategies. 6. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings. 7. Proactively identify and address potential risks or concerns that may impact client satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service.

Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable demeanor. 2. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills. 3. Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of managing client relationships. 6. Experience in a client-facing role. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
