Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Toppr is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Service Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Address and resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Educate clients on products and services offered by the company - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures

Requirements: - Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to persuade clients effectively - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
