Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Ola Electric is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist clients with any inquiries, issues, or escalations in a timely and professional manner 3. Maintain accurate client records and update database with relevant information 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention 5. Assist in project management tasks to streamline client processes and improve overall efficiency 6. Manage your time effectively to meet daily and weekly goals 7. Work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability

Requirements: 1. Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service 2. Energetic and enthusiastic about problem-solving and helping clients 3. Strong project management and time management skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and remotely 6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
