Client Service Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Service Manager to join our team at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing excellent customer service. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client service.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients. 5. Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. 6. Lead a team of client service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. 7. Implement best practices in client service management to enhance overall performance.
