Job Description:
Practo is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, provide personalized service, and address any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships. 2. Work with clients to develop customized solutions that meet their needs and objectives. 3. Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed on the status of their projects. 4. Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring timely resolution. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. 6. Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the client experience. 7. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on services, products, and updates. 8. Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or account management. 2. Motivated and energetic personality traits with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 3. Strong presentation and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
