Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Lenskart is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Delhi, IN. The ideal candidate for this position will be at a Mid-to-Senior Level with at least 6 years of experience in client services. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries - Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitor client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement - Provide regular updates to clients on product offerings and services - Track and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance overall client experience


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client services - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong cooperation and innovation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
