Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Quikr, a leading online classifieds platform, is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in client services.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests. 3. Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and effective problem resolution. 5. Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports and updates on performance metrics. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients. 7. Lead and motivate a team of client service representatives to achieve departmental goals. 8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development. 9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to continuously improve client services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client services or account management. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. 4. Motivated and resourceful personality traits. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 8. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
