Job Description - Client Service Manager


Job Description:


Cred is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client performance and satisfaction


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in client service management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
