Remote Client Service Manager

Sun Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Manager to join our team. This position is suitable for a candidate with mid-to-senior level experience of at least 7 years in client service management.

As a Remote Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. Your primary duties will include communicating with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations, and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be required to track and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and provide regular updates to senior management.
