Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Remote Client Service Manager to join our team at Zoomcar in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client service management and be at a mid-to-senior level in their career.


As a Remote Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work remotely to provide exceptional service to our clients, acting as the main point of contact for all client-related issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, tracking client interactions, and analyzing client feedback to improve our services.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries - Address client concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate client records and track client interactions - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
