Client Service Manager

Job Description:

AgroStar is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Service Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, and have a strong background in client service and relationship management.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions. 2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. 3. Develop and implement client service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates. 4. Identify new business opportunities and work with sales teams to upsell products and services. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. 6. Analyze client feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement in service offerings. 7. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and internal stakeholders.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 5. Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to client issues. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
