Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Zomato is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. The ideal candidate will be a confident and independent individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As an Associate Level role, the Remote Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing support to clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or concerns. 2. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions. 3. Manage client accounts and update information as needed. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to enhance overall client experience. 6. Provide regular updates to clients on their accounts and offer proactive support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and to problem-solve effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Experience working remotely preferred. 7. Innovation and problem-solving skills.
