Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Practo is looking for a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Entry Level Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues - Provide support to the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts - Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve client service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Independent and energetic personality traits - Excellent communication and planning skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
