Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Ather Energy, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide support and guidance as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any escalation concerns - Assist with client onboarding and training processes - Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends to provide relevant information to clients - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve client service processes and systems

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service - Adaptability to changing client needs and company priorities - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of electric vehicles or renewable energy is a plus
