Job Description - Client Service Officer


Job Description:


Jio Platforms is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service roles. The Client Service Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues. 2. Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and services. 3. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings, providing timely and accurate responses. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 7. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service role. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Resilient and adaptable, able to handle challenging situations with grace. 4. Emotional intelligence and strong people management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
