Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Client Service Officer to join our team at Goibibo in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a part-time entry-level position, the ideal candidate should possess adaptability and resourcefulness while demonstrating strong teamwork and cooperation skills. The Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Assist clients with booking and managing their travel arrangements - Resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Process payments and refunds accurately - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience - Stay up-to-date on company policies and products to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
