Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Officer to join our team at Goibibo in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Provide support to clients in the booking process, including handling reservations and making changes as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve client service processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and energetic with a positive attitude - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
