Job Description:

Shaadi.com, a leading online matchmaking service, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Service Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your home. We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients in setting up profiles, navigating the platform, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Conduct outreach to clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and address any feedback or complaints. 4. Work closely with the sales team to upsell additional services to clients. 5. Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in customer service or client management. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent negotiation skills. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location. 4. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
