Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

HCL Technologies is currently seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. This position offers the opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and provide personalized service to meet their individual needs - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to resolve issues and answer questions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for our clients - Use creativity and problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to client problems - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to better assist clients
