Job Description:
As a Client Service Representative at Flipkart, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to clients. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues and escalations, and ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling all inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure client satisfaction - Provide product and service information to clients and assist with product selection and ordering - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients - Monitor client accounts, track client activity, and provide regular reports to management - Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies and initiatives to improve overall client satisfaction - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in client service to continuously improve service delivery
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client service or a related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Dedication to providing top-notch client service - Drive to exceed client expectations - Leadership and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
