Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Unacademy is seeking a highly motivated and independent Client Service Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience. - Provide feedback to internal teams on common client concerns and suggestions for improvement. - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively address client needs. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
