Remote Client Service Representative

Delhivery is currently seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are independent, dedicated, adaptable, and have strong research skills. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conducting research to answer client questions or concerns - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless client experience - Following company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management is a plus
