Remote Client Service Representative

Reliance Industries Limited is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing assistance in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Handle client complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition - Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain accurate data in the CRM system - Provide feedback to management on client needs and preferences to improve overall service delivery

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable personality traits to handle challenging situations and maintain a strong work ethic - Strong critical thinking skills to problem solve and make informed decisions - Leadership qualities to take initiative and drive results - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other client management tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
