Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Toppr is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dedicated, possess strong project management skills, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Communicate effectively with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
