Client Service Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a confident and independent Client Service Representative to join our team at Blinkit in Delhi. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of relevant experience would be preferred. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients - Assist clients in placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and repeat business - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Confident and independent personality - Strong persuasion and people management skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
