Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Zerodha, a leading financial services company, is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a client service or customer-facing role, along with dedicated and hardworking personality traits.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. 2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and providing information on our products and services. 4. Maintain accurate client records and update information in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues and escalate when necessary. 6. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 1+ years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Remote work experience is a plus.
