Client Service Representative

Job Description:

CarDekho is seeking a passionate and independent Client Service Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries. 4. Update client information in the database to ensure accuracy. 5. Provide product and service information to clients. 6. Work closely with other team members to ensure client satisfaction. 7. Conduct research to better understand client needs and preferences. 8. Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining client relationships. 9. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client experience. 10. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and provide top-notch service.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Excellent research skills to understand client needs. 6. People management skills to build and maintain client relationships. 7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 8. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
