Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Licious is hiring a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and independent, able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients - Develop a deep understanding of Licious products and services to assist clients with their needs - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalations - Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback and trends to improve service offerings - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall client service team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent analytical skills to identify and address client needs effectively - Adaptability and independence to thrive in a dynamic work environment - Previous experience with CRM software is a plus
