Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Cult.fit is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Delhi. This part-time entry-level position requires someone who is driven and independent, with strong attention to detail and leadership skills. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Cult.fit clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with scheduling appointments, making payments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles as needed - Act as a brand ambassador for Cult.fit, promoting our services and creating a positive image for the company - Contribute to the overall success of the team by meeting or exceeding performance goals

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow - Must be located in Delhi and able to work part-time hours
