Job Description:
BharatPe is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any client issues. 3. Conduct research to understand clients' needs and preferences, providing them with tailored solutions and recommendations. 4. Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive experience. 5. Keep track of client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. 6. Provide regular updates and reports to management on client satisfaction and feedback.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for client service. 2. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients. 3. Strong research skills to gather and analyze data to better understand client needs. 4. Proven experience in a client service or customer-facing role, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. 5. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in client service. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
