As a Client Service Specialist at Unacademy, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise, and serving as a liaison between clients and the company.
Key responsibilities: - Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of all interactions - Providing product and service information to clients and assisting with any questions or concerns they may have - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Monitoring client satisfaction and proactively seeking feedback to continuously improve service delivery - Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service or customer service role - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional client service - Strong leadership and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
