Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Google India is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Delhi. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are resilient and independent, with strong persuasion and creativity skills. As an Entry Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for clients - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues - Maintaining accurate client records in the CRM system - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Resilient personality and ability to adapt to change - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders - Creative thinking to develop innovative solutions for clients
