Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

FirstCry is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a part-time position at an entry level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership abilities to guide clients through their inquiries - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
