Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Cleartrip is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a part-time entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a client service or related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, and possess strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, such as email, phone, and online chat - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the client experience - Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client service or a related field - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Independent and passionate about delivering top-notch client service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
