Client Service Specialist

Job description:

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Microsoft India in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, possess excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Assist with client onboarding and account set-up - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better assist clients

Requirements: - Strong communication and people management skills - Driven and hardworking attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic understanding of Microsoft products and services is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
