Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Apple India is seeking a dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. 2. Resolving client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients. 4. Conducting research to support client needs and requests. 5. Assisting with client account management and documentation. 6. Collaborating with team members to improve overall client experience. 7. Providing product information and recommendations to clients. 8. Participating in training and development programs to enhance client service skills. 9. Supporting marketing and sales efforts to attract new clients. 10. Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong negotiation and planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
