Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Client Service Specialist at HUL, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while maintaining positive relationships. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service.

Responsibilities: - Managing client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Proactively identifying and addressing client needs - Developing strategies to enhance the client experience - Managing client accounts and maintaining up-to-date records - Monitoring client feedback and implementing improvements as needed - Assisting in the development of client retention programs - Contribute to the overall success of the team by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators

Requirements: - Confident and driven personality - Strong leadership skills - High emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
